How does the free demo work?+

Every plan comes with a 7-day free demo with full access to everything in the plan you pick. We only charge you if you decide to stay after the demo ends.

What counts as a "subreddit monitored"?+

Each subreddit you add as an active listener counts toward your plan limit. Starter covers 5, Pro covers 15 and Scale covers 50. Keywords are always unlimited, so you can track as many terms as you want inside each monitored subreddit.

Can I change plans later?+

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect right away, so you get more monitored subreddits immediately, and changes are prorated on your next invoice.

Do you offer refunds?+

Since every plan starts with a 7-day free demo, you can test Scrada in full before you pay a cent. If something isn't right after you've subscribed, email us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

What about agency or custom pricing?+
