This policy explains how Scrada handles personal data. The data controller is the operator of Scrada, identified in the Imprint. Contact: [email protected].
To provide and operate the Service, deliver notifications, secure the platform, handle billing, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. Where required, our legal basis is the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running the Service, and your consent where applicable.
We share data only with processors that help us run the Service, under appropriate agreements: cloud and proxy infrastructure (to fetch and serve data), an email provider (for transactional and notification email), a bot-protection provider (for form and login security), and a large-language-model provider used to compute relevance scores. We do not sell personal data.
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can delete your account, after which we remove or anonymise associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep you logged in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising trackers.
Each customer's monitoring runs on isolated infrastructure with a dedicated egress IP. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, though no system is perfectly secure.
We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
