The rules for using Scrada. Plain and straightforward.
Last updated: June 22, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Scrada (the "Service"), a tool that monitors public Reddit content and surfaces relevant posts. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.
Scrada polls the public subreddits you configure, matches posts against your keywords, scores them for relevance, and delivers results through the dashboard and the notification channels you choose. The Service reads publicly available Reddit content; it does not post on your behalf unless you explicitly connect an account and trigger that action.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by the operator of Scrada (see the Imprint) and its licensors. You retain ownership of the configuration and data you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.
The Service relies on third parties (including Reddit, infrastructure, email, and processing providers). We are not responsible for changes those parties make to their platforms or policies, which may affect availability or functionality.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will surface every relevant post. Relevance scores are automated estimates, not guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Scrada will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
